Okay, so maybe that's a big statement and feasible About approval. But it was either that or options me at a time in my life when I actually needed to be reminded of who I was, is what I loved and what I committed, produced me tick , For those readers who do not know what Pinterest is, take a moment to get your rock come from below, and visit the mecca that is www.pinterest.com a booming hub for like-minded creatives all the cool share interests on virtual pin boards , Each pin hyperlinks to its exclusive URL and acts as a huge tiny portal in the PINspiring planet.

Getting lost in a point-to-point career so far, wiped out what I instead of a good salary and unusual CV loved about me, I had completely lost contact with me. Cue options. This practical Social-light helped me build up my profile again and redefine what I knew all along. 36 Boards and 4953 Pins later I have to now have a snapshot of my life and what I want to be and do when I grow up. I even took it one step further objects and now run Pinspired craft classes for likeminded women who want to realize their DIY pins. I suppose this is my way of contributing to the creative chain and surround myself with other inspiring woman who will self-expression, an artistic project at a time.

So in this thought, it was only fitting that my latest DIY project was a real-life Wall for my art studio. Here's how it happened:

You need:

  • 1 x old frame (preferably with its carrier plate)
  • loose cork sheets
  • 1 x cutter and catering
  • 1 x painters tape
  • Craft glue
  • silicone adhesive
  • Scribers
  • keys and bits

Approach :

  1. Locate an old frame, the bigger, the better. Take the glass (you will not need these any more).
  2. Get a roll of soft cork (the meter)
  3. With your cutting blades reduce the cork to the size of the carrier plate.
  4. Insert cork on the carrier.
  5. Install the frame, as you would normally do when we in the glass and picture. Strengthening the back by taping, where the beam is sufficient context.
  6. For a fun touch, with a silicone glue gun to to fasten buttons or jewelery flat thumbtacks. Now that you have some fun personalized pins to attach your trifles.
  7. Pin your heart's content.

And that's how I think Pinterest Pinboard tribute created: Under the old and forgotten and him a new life. Perhaps my next project has to print a T-shirt that says, & amp; # 8220Pinned this.
