How does an architect battle an unattractive development site with boring look? By using a & amp; # 8220double skin & amp; 8221 is made of glass and perforated aluminum, that's how. Japanese architect Yoshihiro Amano did just that, with its beguiling decorative Dear Ginza, a workplace building in Tokyo Ginza district.
