In response to these demands a sculptural structure emerged that seem to jump a few times back and forth playfully.

The diverse leaping dice led to more advantage surfaces that made the construction of a sufficiently large roof terrace for the in-law apartment possible. The other two facades - 1 facing the street and the other the garden - was created in the style of the sculptural structure of the east facade, thus, preserving the element of the present in the surrounding buildings bay. The small window formats and the plastered facade integrated addition to the motive of the bay as standard elements of the adjacent housing in the design. Reduce reached

The bedrooms in the main apartment located on the first floor and are connected to the two other floors via a staircase inside the apartment.
