The modern California hotel is exactly like one would imagine a cool California resident to appear like! Low pavilion like geometry with rectangular shapes, flat roof, many glass surfaces and generous outdoor living spaces. Since the climate allows year-round outdoor living, the interiors are built in a U-shape around a courtyard. This farm is the center and numerous activities are organized around it. The kitchen and dining area in the house usually open up on thanks to an intelligent program full glass doors. In the walls on the left and on the right slide patio The soil in massive concrete slabs is indoors on the same level and there, so that when the doors are open the two rooms are to 1. The indoor living area is covered in front of a wall in custom stainless steel plates, which integrates a fireplace and a large flat Screen. The light flows freely through this space, the full amount of glass surfaces on each side. The farm has a decently large rectangular pool of the exact same concrete slabs as inside, and limited gravel on one side. A handful of wooden stairs lead to an outdoor lounge with comfortable sofas in the same shade of purple as the sun beds. The lounge is in a niche whose rear wall floor to ceiling are nested covered in horizontal wooden planks.
A stage-like wooden deck is the ideal place for sunbathing, on King purple duvets.
Behind the kitchen table one has o panoramic views of the entire courtyard.
The light freely through this space, Full height glass surfaces on both sides has to flow.
The constructed kitchen corner and Super Extended island are by Boffi.
In the same open space as a kitchen and living area, there is a second large dining table partially about half the height of partition hiding. The table is covered flanked on one side by a monumental square complete height fireplace with stainless steel plates. A large pendant light from a variety of different height waste produced lamps hanging over the dining table for a spectacular effect.
The bathrooms are clean geometric lines, with consumables such as stone, glass and wood. There is a beautiful view of the outside of the vegetation from the freestanding stone tub.
