Modern Day U-Shaped California house with central patio

The modern California hotel is exactly like one would imagine a cool California resident to appear like! Low pavilion like geometry with rectangular shapes, flat roof, many glass surfaces and generous outdoor living spaces. Since the climate allows year-round outdoor living, the interiors are built in a U-shape around a courtyard. This farm is the center and numerous activities are organized around it. The kitchen and dining area in the house usually open up on thanks to an intelligent program full glass doors.
