"This house is situated in a residential neighborhood site near the positioned Paranoa Lake in Brasília. Search the maximum integration of the social components of residence, we decided to put the whole plan below a certain huge roof. The roof of the two side walls forming a "portico", the interiors and the exteriors of the house element colors.
The interiors are distributed in different positions, either challenging or withdrawn to give with empty spaces, the depth and texture, its volumetric composition alternated. To reinforce the unifying condition of the roof we have inside disguised it with natural wood, which is visible from almost all interiors.
The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have separated and connected by a suspended open corridor above the living area, originating diverse relationships in double height ceiling space with views through an inner emptiness, the indoor respectively on the street and in an internal "Patio".
The staircase has a strong presence in the primary facade, it is projected onto the road and cross the main roof and provides access to an open space on the roof for sightseeing. "
