A house from 1823, in which Bettina and Michael Hahn bought a bar in 2003 again constructed several times and has a rich history. Originally two-storey, now it works 4 floors. The house is declared as Heritage Web page space. Its inhabitants had his face made at his own expense again.

For their future nest loves Michael and Bettina hired an architect Catherine Artukhina (APK Architects). Michael used ancestors to live in the Russian Empire in the pre-revolutionary cases and Russian cultural heritage is not foreign to this pair. Nevertheless, their way of life, professional and tastes required a high degree of comfort, purity of architectural forms, colors and texture combinations. So the architects task was to balance tradition and modernity. The interior design was handled by Bettina itself.

For the most demanding tasks were adding the attic to the main living area, the integration of the stairs while respecting historical decorative elements (models, valances), and the strengthening of the lifting plates.

A spacious room with a window and stairs to the attic principal is an ex-cabinet-zone, which is incorporated into the entrance hall. Half Tempo wooden staircase will be installed through slot accent lighting of stairs and lit a built-in LED lamp on the best from the wall. This trick enabled the creation of a pure architectural form that is more like a floating sculpture appears. Such a staircase was inspired motivated by old English houses where such designer options were narrow places metric.

The initial level (~ 100 m²) are used to be 5-space, with a kitchen and a bathroom. For the sake of much more openness of space, the new owners decided to unite to 3 rooms. Furniture, lamps and accessories: The device is presented mainly by shades of white paint and all-natural supplies (flax, leather, wood) and types an excellent neutral background to contras peculiarities. The interior stuff is an accurate reflection of the hosts so far and life-style - it contains more antiques and modern products and versatile souvenirs. According to the hosts, the room is a kind of a 3D diary of their life and travel. The geometrically complex attic was designed with openness in mind. The architect divided it functional and visually in a few areas: a bedroom, a home office, a resting point, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. All-natural light comes from a skylight that provides a great view of the starry sky.

In the interest of conserving space integrity, zoning was done without a single wall - even the bathroom is not limited. Ceramic granite was used exclusively for overlooking the pitch.
