Earlier this summer, the announced Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), its 2013 International award winners for architectural excellence. Presents a list of imaginative, dramatic and green designs shown prices fascinating insight into exactly where the future of global architecture lies - and predicting the eventual winner of the Lubetkin Prize, an annual award for projects outside the UK by RIBA architect given constructed.
